MACRO COACHING

  • This option is designed for the individual who is familiar with tracking macros and is looking for flexibility with the foods they eat.

  • 45 Minute consultation to review your intake form and plan. Providing explanation on program and outlining healthy habits moving forward towards success.

  • A macronutrient plan designed towards your specific goals with nutrient timing included.

  • Weekly email check in with your coach. The expectation is that tracking will be completed so that your coach can provide feedback and make adjustments if necessary.

  • Follow up 30 minute check in video call once a month with your coach.

  • Access to Member Area - Weekly check ins, articles, knowledge on nutrition and training.

MEAL PLAN COACHING

  • This option is designed for the individual who is looking for more specific diet options or meals to eat on a daily/weekly basis.

  • 45 Minute consultation to review your intake form and plan, providing explanation and outlining healthy habits moving forward towards success.

  • A macronutrient plan designed towards your specific goals.

  • A 7 day meal plan customized with your favourite foods and specific dietary requirements. Meals and snacks are scheduled throughout the day for you. (Each month a new 7 day meal plan with recipes will be provided)

  • Recipes and grocery lists included for all the meals on your 7 day meal plan.

  • Weekly email check in with your coach. The expectation is that the meal plan will be followed so that your coach can provide feedback and make adjustments if necessary.

  • Follow up 30 minute check in video call once a month with your coach.

  • Access to Member Area - Weekly check ins, articles, knowledge on nutrition and training.
